  • Telecoms engineer repairing and maintaining Openreach network dealing with customers day to day.

  • Came from repairing laptops so learnt numerous skills to do this job well

  • I enjoy the job a lot. The apprenticeship is tedious due to the repetitive nature of the questions and the amount of photos needed is just over the top. Especially for a level 2

  • Had a great assessor who has gone above and beyond. So it’s been well organised by her.

  • Great support from my manager always willing to help me with time to finish work.

  • Assessor is 10/10 helps us all really well

  • I think buddying and hands on training is better for this role specifically

  • Yes

  • I work in a great team. It’s a good job where no two jobs are the same so keeps you thinking and is physical at times.

  • It’s a commitment but it’s worth it
