  • I am a service delivery engineer I deal with customer on a daily basis with completing installs for new phone lines or broadband and also deal with repairing the network

  • I have leaned a lot of new skills and earned a lot of qualifications in such little time I have spent with the company

  • I have enjoyed every minute of the my time because it’s something new every day

  • It is very well organised and structured there is always help when you need it and there is always some one able to point you in the right direction

  • The support is there if it is needed all you need to do is ask

  • All the support you need if time out of work is needed to concentrate on nvq then that is provided

  • It makes me perform better because I have learned a lot more about the company

  • Yeah we Have our own version of Facebook which is just employees of the company there are also meets ups and events you can take part in

  • Yes

  • I would recommend and have recommended openreach to friend and family because since the day I have started I have had support from the company I have been looked after all the resources are there that you need to get the job done

  • Be yourself don’t let other people’s bad points put a downer on you or the job just go for it and achieve your goals
