  • Problem solving by getting customer back in service either the phone service or the internet, fixing faults and provision of new service to customer for individual or small and large businesses. I also maintain the network. It is my responsibilities to keep myself and the general public safe when carrying out my daily task either in the PCP or on the pole.

  • I would recommend Openreach to friends and family because its a good company to work for and also they got interest of the staff at heart. Openreach would always improve the skills of its staff
