  • Project management tools and skills have been the most helpful. Better knowledge of risk and finance

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme was delivered in-house, which I enjoyed as I got to work with my peers. My enjoyment was limited in the technical side of the apprenticeship (uploading work, user-interface, etc) which was clunky and unclear.

  • The programme was clearly structured, however this changed a number of times during the apprenticeship. Much of the work needed for the portfolio was given very late on in the programme

  • My employer allowed me the time to work on my apprenticeship when needed. More support on workload could have been given

  • Skills coach was very helpful, other than this support was minimal

  • I feel it has helped, mainly in project management scenarios and valdating the skills I already have
