  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • It was chaotic with my official manager not starting until two weeks after I began to work at SAGE and she left after 6 months, this delayed my apprenticeship by 3 months because no suitable replacement was found. There is no standard day-to-day as I was not assigned to my new teams work ticketing system despite asking.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Though I do see the benefit of what I am doing, it has not been an enjoyable process, partially with the stress and distress of changing teams and not knowing what team I will be working for. There is the associated frustration of waiting for my Kaplan deadlines knowing full well that no additional work will be supplied to me.
