    • running a shop team, to provide profits and targets. Stock-flow worked and customer service provided with the policies and processes. Employee relation matters dealt with and crimeline reported as well.

    • I developed a lot, in confidence in myself in delivering the business targets, creating a great work environment. Dealing with situations as well.

    • It gives you the freedom to be curious and develop, grow with great support.

    • very structured and it's great that there is a set way but you can pick and choose if certain circumstances arise throughout the course.

    • I have received a lot of support from my employer throughout my journey.

    • they are always available to me via so many different ways which is great.

    • It has a great work ethic, it is diverse in what it offers and they will always allow development to everyone. Pay and perks a great for a business as well. It is a company that listens to its employers and looks for answers, environmentally it the leading business going forward for waste.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to B&Q?

    • listen to what is being asked, and have a great hard work ethic. come in with the attitude that you will help someone day.
