  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme a lot. I feel that the job suits me and I like having a job that includes manual work rather than an office job. I don’t really like how intense the learning side of it is but it will be worth it when I am qualified

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme could be structured slightly better however it is good because I learn a lot in a short period of time. It could be structured a little different so that it is not as intense as this can be quite stressful as it takes away a bit of my social life

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer are as supportive as they need to be. They don’t force help on me how ever they do always offer a helping hand if I ever need it or ask. The company is massive so understandably they can not always check on every body who works here
