  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme. I enjoy my day to day activities in the work place and enjoy working with others! I also like getting involved with hands on experience at the same time getting my qualifications. It is very fun and I would recommend for anyone to do the apprenticeship approach to education.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very organised. I know what my days consist of and I know what I need to do in order to achieve my goals set by my learning provider. I feel that college has had some ups and downs with teachers leaving but the staff have done well.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualifications help me perform better as they give me a wider understanding on what things do and how things work. I learn how to use tools correctly and safely as well as understanding the business side of the company. It makes me feel comfortable when being asked to help someone with tasks.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As a whole everyone makes an effort with eAchother and hold events and social activities such as go karting and Christmas parties or meals. I feel that this is a good opportunity for team bonding and a good way for everyone to get to know eAchother outside of work and feel happy.
