I work in the operations team at the ATC and help with improving comms and engagement as well as assisting with training. This is buy helping our training lead making sure everyone has taken the mandatory training and getting the right people on the correct courses. With comms is help organise internal events as well as making sure people are included as we have 3 regional offices throughout the ATC.
Yes. Delivering in front of an audience is something I have learned as well as general teamwork and communication skills.
I really like coming into work every day. I like what i do on my role.
Most of my day to day jobs are well organised although sometimes i have to deal with challenges as they arrive.
I receive support on a daily basis by my line manager. I can go to them with any issues.
My training provider provides help on my study days as well as through the week if i have any issues
The work i do at college doesnt effect my role work. They are completely different.
Yes there are social events every quarter which are always good.
