  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy this programme to a certain extent, it is nice to be around other colleagues and it is satisfying to know I am helping our customers out. Sometimes it can be a hard job when taking call after call non stop as it gets quite repetitive and can become frustrating but I understand that it is a job and at the end of the day it needs to be done at the best of my ability.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I do think the programme is well organised in regards to feedback opportunity's (having weekly 121's with manager) I always know where I am at with my apprenceship and how I am doing within my role as a customer service advisor, I do think that more time off the phone for apprenceship work would be very beneficial as sometimes the work can be hard to complete when you don't get much time off the phone.

  • I do feel like the qualification (through our training provider) helps us to perform better in our role as a customer service advisor as the qualification gives us something to look forward to as well as something to work towards, I do believe it would be worthwhile to get more time off the phone to focus on the qualification more.
