  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really do enjoy it most days because I have a good team that I work with and we work well together. Some days we are more busy than other days and it can drag but overall I enjoy it and can see a good future and successful career here at JN Bentleys.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It can be well organised sometimes when it comes to the training courses but other times when it comes to the theory side of it, it can be very unorganised. We have had three different tutors and all have a different way of teaching which can be confusing to us.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I think the support we receive is very good. anytime I have ever asked for any help or support I have always received it. my mentor is always happy to help me and never makes it awkward for me to ask him and the same goes for anyone else I have asked.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I think there is a football tournament you can get involved in but I haven't heard much about it. if I hear of anything like this I would definitely get involved because I think its a good way to get to know more people and that only helps out.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JN Bentley?
  • I would tell anyone to just be themselves at the assessment day and to just get involved and try and get to know as many people as you can because this will help you throughout the day as you work in teams on different activities through the day. its a relaxed environment.
