  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am involved in creating and updating content on the Citroen.co.uk website. This includes using a CMS back office to update images and text on pages. I am also involved in the process of updating offers and the finance calculator, working with different external agencies to maintain this.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a range of new skills since being on this apprenticeship and am continuously developing. Some of these include my knowledge of databases, SEO, Project management and Customer journeys this is thanks to working on these areas daily and having experience in a variety of projects. • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I very much enjoy the apprenticeship I am on. This is because I am involved in projects, tasks and day to day jobs I like doing and have the right knowledge and training to be able to complete them. I also feel the skills I am learning will be beneficial to me in the future.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel the work I receive from my manager is tailored to me, an apprentice which is good as he makes sure I am not to overwhelmed with work. In regards to the apprentice work I feel I have enough time to do this however some of this has to be done outside of work.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager is very supportive and I can go to him with any query. He also provides me all the information I need to be able to work on tasks effectively. In regards to support in applying for roles post apprenticeship I feel this could be improved with perhaps some roles being available for after an apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My apprentice assessor is always available and is easily accessible if I ever need support on my coursework. He also comes in on a regular basis to check over my work and sets reasonable, achievable deadlines for the work to be handed into him. Also as I did A levels prior to my apprenticeship I felt this was beneficial when doing the coursework.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I don't feel the apprenticeship work I carry out has a huge influence in my role. I think this is because the apprenticeship work is very broad so doesn't cover in depth any individual skills just top line business. It may be beneficial if it was tailored towards my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I do play football on a Monday night with some colleagues from work which is good fun and we have an occasional work bake off every couple of months. As a team we have also had a couple of out of work activities such as go karting and a run. I think as long as you are willing to talk to other people and get involved with what's offered you can easily find colleagues to do extra-curricular activities with.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Stellantis to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have gained lots of skills and experience thanks to my role as PSA. I feel as though if I didn't do this I wouldn't be as exposed to projects that I have worked on and I don't think my confidence of working in a large business would be as high as it is now thanks to the experience I have gained.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • Don't be afraid to express your opinion, ask questions or get involved in activities or events. There are so many opportunities to have your say on business decisions which being a younger team member is crucial to the team as it gives a different view on outcomes and decisions. Also there are lots of people in the business who have had lots of experience in business and life so don't be afraid to talk to them as they give you so much knowledge on work items but also life in general.
