  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • All the support and resources I needed were easily accessible. I was given enough tie to study both in the company and at a home. Meetings were regular but not too much which did not make me feel too pressured and gave me enough time to work through the course.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I had lots of support when i needed it and it was accessible. My mentor was great and helped when and where necessary any time. Overall i think it was all very well structured and came across very organised. Any problems i had come up were easily and quickly resolved.

  • As previously said above i had lots of support when i needed it and it was accessible. My mentor was great and helped where where necessary. Any problems i had come up were easily and quickly resolved. My own manager was also supportive through out gaining my BTEC NVQ.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I had a lot of support from my trainer both when she was in the work place and outside of the work place. She gave me lots of resources to look through that would help me in developing my writing for the tests and qualifications. Would highly recommend her

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Greater productivity Better communication, both written and verbally understand my role and management roles better Ability to accept and learn from constrictive criticism from management Used my excel skills to create and use new trackers for the team and keep up to date with data. Adapting to different communication styles.

  • Charity days - there 4 internal charity days and 4 external days where we go out and help out a charity base e.g paint a class room at an old peoples home.   • Yes

  • The possibilities are endless. Once you have your foot in the door there is so much support and opportunities to do what you set your mind to and work hard for. There are lots of opportunities with enterprise rent a car - qualifications, committees e.g charity, ethics and diversity, womens


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • Be yourself, be honest, be positive and be friendly. Work hard and the rewards will come in Show that you want to be there Take opportunities when they come about Network with employees and management Interviews are not as scary as they seem and they will support and help you
