  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme. Joining with a cohort and progressing together whilst networking with senior indivusdals learning from their experiences and working with them. It is a great opportunity to get ahead and grow as an individual. The programme really develops you and it can be whatever you make out of it which is the best part.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised. There is a clear promotion path as well as the criteria needed to get there through passing the relevant exams and having an end point assessment to evidence that you have met this criteria. There is support throughout to help ensure that you can do this from the firm alongside our training provider which helps to bring it all together

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification gives you an overall understanding of consulting as well as the overall business sense which has really helped when working with clients and getting the overall objective of their problem. • 9a. Would you recommend PwC to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have already recommended PwC to my friends, unfortunately they did not get in! The culture and environment is great here perhaps one of the best. I have really grown as an individual here and learnt things I never thought I would have. PwC opens doors to many new opportunities if you wish to move too with the knowledge and skills I have gained

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
  • I would say be yourself and why PwC is the place you want to end up at. As well as practise for the exams, be good at presenting and communicating your thoughts effectively, but be able to work in a team well and make sure you can differentiate yourself from other candidates
