  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My program is interesting and fun. The company ensure that you rotate around the firm giving you good exposure to different areas. you complete training days which ensure your developing news skills to take and impermanent on your jobs. Sometimes you do feel a little in the deep end and you always have the support of others to help you get up to speed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well organised in the sense that you do develop into a confident consultant by the end of the programme. Some training we do maybe not be specific to us and therefore not helpful but the vast majority is beneficial. Most of the role are well suited and at a level which we can complete.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We do receive a lot of support from the company. the management structure of a people manager that deals with building your future prospects and a line manager who gives you day to day tasks works well as you normally always have a 2 options to support. a little more senior mentoring would be useful.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Are training provider Kaplan are a little rubbish. Some training is great and very helpful with mentors that really have the experience and exposure to industry that is required. Others are unable to hold a class, not engaging and even hard to understand. The haven't got the programme organised well enough meaning that work is completed and then not required.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some of the qualification is good for the job, in the sense that it provides background knowledge to some areas our are work. Other topics are very useless and lacks reasoning for learning when you focus on the job. Some areas also was conflicting with the A-level business exams which confused a lot of people.

  • Yes there are always social events and clubs that people can get into. I dont personally have the time so tend not to engage as much as i should but others really enjoy them. The rugby team for example travels across the world to play other PwC teams which is amazing
