  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • JN Bentley have looked into different organisations in which we do our courses and find the one best suited not only to them, but take the individual into account. We get sent on extra courses too which helps us broaden our knowledge and you also get to know the other engineers and workers which creates relationships, I frequently go to these people for help when I am not sure how to do something.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider did lack in some organisational skills at the beginning but eventually the whole course came together, they worked really hard with the help of Bentley's to get us all back on track and we all completed the course passing. We also got to develop on other skills like public speaking.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I learnt a lot of new things within the construction industry and it helped me realise that this is what i want to do. They don't just focus on what sector your company is in they develop your knowledge on everything you could possibly come across as a civil engineer.
