  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a day to day basis my main role is to look after the StorIQ platform for the company. I speak with the owners of the company on a bi-daily basis to keep up good relations. This platform also helps us understand the needs of the retail estate and how we can help them

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Since starting at TUI my Business communication has improved massively. I didn't have any corporate business experience before joining, but I have picked it up quickly since I have been here. I have also found it a lot easier to work in a team since joining as everyone bounces off of eachother.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed working with the Retail Standards team. They were a newly formed team in the business so it was good to see how they established themselves with an apprentice in their area. I also loved the fact we could split our time between work and our university studies.
