  • Multi trade role involves me doing different construction roles each day. Building maintenance is the role I'm taking. It's an enjoyable role as I get to experience a little bit of each trade making interesting.

  • I'm learning new skills each day doing different types of work.

  • I'm really enjoying the programme as its enabling me to learn useful skills and knowledge for the future.

  • The structure at college could be better but it's still going ok so far.

  • My employer has given me support and would do kn the future if I needed any more.

  • I've not needed any support so far but there is people there for me to use if I need any.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives confidence to attempt to do more in my role at work. And with the qualification I have proof I can do the role expected of me.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I've not been involved in any extra-curricular activities yet but if something that interested me came up I would definitely give it a go.

  • Yes

  • I'd recommend engie to a friend as it's a welknown large company and lots of its workers are experienced and knowledgable making it useful to gain from working there.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Equans?
  • Research the role to make sure your definitely going to enjoy it. Then apply and stay confident to show your willing.
