  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My apprentiship was a new course that they have not run before and as a result they were a bit unorganised at the start. As the year has gone on, the course has become more organised and i now have more clarity of where it is going. the course i am on now is very well structured and has a good plan for the future years.

  • At the start of the year everyone is tested of thier maths knowlege.
