I work in the kitchen so that means I sometimes make deserts and clean puts and other times im cooking food
Yes when I first started I was doing pots and deserts and now I’m making food and learn new skills everyday
I really enjoy making the food and plateing it up and sending it out I’m also able to have a fun time with other staff while making the food
It’s is very well organised we follow the guideline in a day to day basis
I receive loads of support my my manger and he helps me with stuff I don’t understand properly
My training provider helps me with my work and runs me through what I need to do to work towards my qualifications
I fell that it help a great deal as you learn loads when doing your work that will help me in the kitchen on a day to day basis
We get together every now and then as a team and have fun and get to know each other more
Yes
I would recommend greene king to a friend as it is a great place to work In and you get treated with respect all the time
My advice to others is be yourself and also be the best you can be and you will fit in great with the rest of the team
