  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • I think lifetime is a great opportunity for people who are looking to expand their carrier to a higher level , also for me I think it helped me what opportunities I have and also how to get there . Also with this course I also get the opportunity to pass my maths to a pass standard . I think this is a great opportunity for people who are looking to Persue further in their carriers.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I have learnt a lot of new skills that help me with my work , but also I have a better understanding in maths and achieving my goals in passing my maths an my level 2 I’m hygiene. I also think it’s great to have a one to one with mentor.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I very much enjoy my costs with both my mentors they are kind and caring people that help you will welcome , also they will help and talk to you about any worries you have and I think that’s a great thing . Also make feel relaxed when talking or chatting about the course

    • I think it is very structured and organised meetings , in every session we have a goal set to accomplish for the day and also I can look back on what I have achieved and what my next steps are to achieve the next part of my course . Also my tutors are very organised.

    • My employer is 100% supportive of my decision in taking the course , they help me organise time in the week making time for me to sit down with my mentors and not have to worry about my course colliding with work. They are very supportive of me reaching my next level .

    • I received a lot of help from my mentors they are always there if I have any worries or enquires about my course , also have support when I am not having meetings , if am struggling I can text or call them they are always there happy to help me with anything.

    • I think I have more understanding about my new job role , such as tills , hygiene and health and safety in the my work place , also I have a better knowledge to help and lead my team in the best way I can .
