Opening team leader, to ensure the business is ready for opening, safe and legally, to ensure safe counts are correct, to make sure kitchen is safe and legal to open the business, Ensure correct pos is available and correct menus, to make sure enough team members are on shift, throughout the whole day
How to speak to team members, how to deal with certain situations-within the whole business, how to deal with complaints, and different situations and confrontations within the business both team and costumers, how to deal and speak with other management when it is needed, and requested for help, in all situations
I would be interested in doing Another programme, if it was to help me to progress within the business, I know I’m unable to do so, so very reluctant to do so,
Very well structured

None
None, no team meetings are ever provided even though asked for by all the team, no team benefits such as trip advisor or mystery guest, just expected to do so much and not recognised for any of it, maybe just the current manager, but where I work it would not be worth progressing
No
You are just a number and not recognised as a team member. Maybe just my restaurant but been there for over 2 years and no credit for all the courses etc that I have been on
Be strong. To be expected to do more than expected of you,
