  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I am developing new skills daily. A huge aspect of my current role involves stakeholder management. Our client is very challenging but I really enjoy working onsite with them. Managing their demand is difficult and requires skill , which i am developing every day. Another key stakeholder is our subcontractor, I work closely with these therefore maintaining a good relationship with these is vital.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is great. However, coming from doing a master degree to a apprenticeship is somewhat monotonous. This is a job requirement, there i am left with no choice. Despite this, i always attend and fully engage in the workshops and complete assignments to my full ability. I am happy to be receiving another management qualification.

  • 9b. Why?
  • Engie is a great company to work for, i typically enjoy the culture which is demonstrated throughout. There are a lot of very helpful, pleasant people who are willing to spend time and explain things to younger individuals within the business. The 3 years I have worked here i have seen a great push for individual progression within the company, which is lovely to see.
