  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed my programme in a whole as there's been various opportunities to get experience on all sorts of systems. The company has been great and has been willing to fund further education to allow me to become more skilled worker and to progress in my career. Any issues were always dealt with and sorted.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • On the companies behalf it was structured but down to the change of assessors it made the NVQ progress difficult as the constant change of assessors and standards they wanted your evidence up to made it challenging at times. Other than that it tended to be alright as it was well structured.

If there has been any issues there has always been various different people to go and speak to and if you ever had any issues with the NVQ (such as needed to gain experience on different systems).
