  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organisation of the apprenticeship is brand new and I am a trailblazer so there are some hiccups here and there when finalising dates and assessments that need completed but I feel like the learning modules I have been completing and the college days to achieve my HNC has been adequate.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel like there could of been some improvements made by the training provider in helping us achieve our qualifications but all in all we have gotten there in the end and that's what matters the most but as I said just some improvements on organisation would have helped greatly.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like some of the units that had been delivered to us were defiantly beneficial in our future job role but other modules were unnecessary but they had to be completed to achieve our higher certificate from college so its not that bad as its a qualification I can always have on me.
