Working within an account management team as well as operations. I create the month end report and a few weekly report that get sent to the client. Day to day I communicate with the wide team picking up any queries and complete reports when needed.

They do as much as they can to allow us enough time to get our qualifications.
At the moment only a little bit because of the role I'm in. However, in previous roles it was a bit more connected. With roles being very divers it's hard to match up
