  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • work with collegues and the client to deliver technical solutions, when i get in to the office i look on the jira to see if issues have been raised for me to fix, after the team has finished with their fixes i write up the deployment notes to send to the devops team ready for our deployment. i then package up items that need to be deployed and send over the devops

  • i have learned a lot of new skills, too many to list both technical and soft skills. the skill i am most pleased to of learned is my writing and reading

  • this programme is really good not only do you get to learn a subject that you love you get all the support you need from your coworkers no matter what the issue is

  • the programme is very well designed, you know what you are going to be doing and what you are working towards all the way. there is a clearly defined management structure and someone to contact with every query you have

  • so much not only with my work like but also with my home life, if i am ever stuck for support i always turn to my employer as they will always help or point me in the direction of someone who can

  • a good amount, a teacher is usually available for me to ask question and to go more in depth with what we are learning

  • what i have learned at the university has been vital to my role that without i would have found it very difficult

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • there is too many things for me to list my favourite is bring you child to work day where the company puts on a big event over 2 days where you can bring you children into the office and activities are put on to teach them about what we do

  • this has been a great opportunity for me that without this programme i would never of been able to get a job like i have
