  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Accenture as a company and a business is very organised and structured. On the first day they had someone to greet us and we was kept aware of all of the support we have from early on. Within days after our induction they got all of the apprenticed on projects

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We receive a massive support system. We have a Talent Fufillment Specialist that helps us find projects when we need them. Then we have a Career Counsiller who is there to speak about with any issues. We also have a buddy who is a person in the older year to help us out. As well as this senior management is very helpful
