  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well structured, we are all aware of what modules we are studying, what days our lectures our when coursework is due. However, sometimes there is trouble with the lectures we have which can make it harder. Nonetheless, the programme is well organised. The main thing is we are all aware of what needs to be done and how and what we are doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel they both work well together, there are things I can take from my placement into my studying and vice versa. I feel they fit very well and both help to progress and develop my knowledge, skills and behaviours. Particular working and learning definitely helps develop understanding and once we understand something it can be easily implemented anywhere.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I do not believe there are any extra curricular activities. Not that I am aware of. Within my university program there are extra courses we can study to learn, but nothing in terms of sport activities. Since it is online and we have webinars the extra circulum does not exist.
