  • The qualification is helping me in my roles as it provides a clear basis on which to build my knowledge at work and prompts me to explore different areas and techniques that I may not have considered before. It has also given me an understanding of areas that I may not work in directly, but are affected by the work that I do and so I have been able to better meet their needs as well.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Santander to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The support that they offer their employees is amazing and I have never felt as comfortable in the workplace as I do here. Everyone is always willing to help me where they can and the professional knowledge they have been able to provide has taught me so much in a small amount of time.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Santander?
  • Make sure that you read up on the organisation and have a baseline understanding of the area you are planning to apply to. Try to also show that you have an interest in the area by doing background reading that you can then present in your interview. Be confident in the abilities and knowledge that you already possess, they are not looking for the finished article but instead an eagerness and willingness to learn.
