  • There is a wide variety of roles available for apprentices to try out and move between. The managers are approachable, helpful and adaptable. Accenture have plenty of resources to train, up-skill and improve softer and technical skills and there are more opportunists and technologies than university offers.

  • Be prepared to work hard but don't be afraid to ask for help. There is so much support available. You don't have to sit in a role you don't enjoy, talk to the team and rotate into something you prefer.
