  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I Enjoy going to work and enjoy everyone who I am working with but the training providor side could do with more knowledge about our job so we are able to relate to the training they are providing as the detail that we were learning about certain subjects was excessive and had nothing to do with our job

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Our placement was very organised and we were given a lot of notice, however at gen 2 the course was repetitive and most things had nothing to do with our job role. Or some things we done would have been more handy learning at the beginning of our apprenticeship as what we were learning we had already been doing for the past year so feel like we would have benefitted from it more earlier on.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We are fully aware that we are able to talk to our employer and know we will receive lots of support. If we have any grievances we know we can go speak to them and they will do whatever hey can to help us or if we are unsure on something and need a bit of support we are comfortable to be taking time to ask them.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive lots of support and receive help when needed, we are encouraged to take time at our training provider to focus on revising and getting any work that needs done completed. Me personally I don’t have a laptop and my training provider was more than happy for me to complete any work that needs done at that facility.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some things we learned were handy and could be linked to our every day job role which made understanding and remembering training easier. For example we done a few demonstrations to do with our job which helped us when we were in our placement as we could remember what we done in training
