  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a day to day basis I will be working on telephone lines for customers, problem solving. For example I could be connecting customers to their cp for example sky, this will involve connecting cables together making sure that there are no faults along that line with a good connection

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I can say that my programme was very well organised and structured, leaving me being able to complete work within a timely manor. At the same time if needed it was very easy to get help as someone was always at the end of a telephone call and email if needed

  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I find that they are good employers who are very helpful but most of all have a great training programme for developing telephone engineers which also covers a lot of health and safety awareness. I would also say while working on your own you can always pick up the phone and call someone if help is needed

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • I would always say be positive and have the right attitude that the company is looking for and also be willing to learn to things as we work for a company were technology is always changing. Always be willing to help others if help is needed specially if it is work colleague
