  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship scheme has been very organized and structured with help wherever is needed and plans in place from the day you start to the day you finish. When you first start the apprenticeship there is time before college starts to come into the office and work along side experienced engineers to get an incite into what the working life will be within the office when we come in.
