I started with no skills in development, and since i have been here i have learnt different programming languages such as Java, SQL, Python and Ruby whilst learning two different RPA tools such as UiPath and BluePrism. skills that i use on a day to day basis would include project planning, team networking and comunication.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

8/10

It is strcutured well. comunicsation between us and the traning provider could be better at times but in terms of the company i work fors team that is a link between us and our training provider they are great. you do have time tables that appear well in advance to let you know whats coming up for planning.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

10/10

my employer is fantastic. the management are flexible with your studies as they all want you to succeed. the team is accomodating to this aswell. you are given all the resources you need to go and acheive whatever you wish to acheive. they take away and blockers that you may find.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

8/10

if you contact them you recieve a lot of support. they are friendly and wish for you to succeed aswell, communication can sometimes not be the best, but you can rely on other members of the cohort to relay any important information if they think the rest of the team havent recieved it.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

10/10

my degree will help me to progress throughout my career. it will act as a massive stepping stone and will open up many doors for me to progress through. it will give me access to roles that wouldnt be accesible without this qualification. I t will give me a full undertstading of my role and the different aspects and things that I could potentially do as a job.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

10/10

there are many different things that my employers offer, you can get involved in the gym there and be apart of that network, but social activities withoin the team are encouraged to build that team relationship. im sure there are many others but I cant quite think of any at this moment.
