  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Training from the provider is mostly basic compared to the practical work conducted daily. This is an ideal stepping stone to work on to gain expertise in my role. By first developing a strong base of fundemental knowlage, aprrentices are not overwhelmed with info.Training includes both scientific and bussines realated content thus, it is very relavant to my role as an apprentice.
