Incident Management Using skill sets such as Java and SQL
I have learned new programming skills as well as developing my personal skills further.
I enjoy my programme as there are multiple opportunities to work in different roles doing different things.
I feel valued as I have good communication with my managers.
There are many training materials available for anyone to use to develop their skills. Also there are many volunteering opportunities for anyone to be involved with. There is support offered by everyone in Accenture.
I have received a decent amount of support from my training provider in order to help me get my degree. Our lecturers are there to offer any advice with college in the workplace which is quite important.
My manager offers me help on a daily basis when I require it as well as my mentor on my team.
My salary covers all my costs and allows me to spend money when it comes to social costs.
There are company events held through the year which every employee is invited to. There are also volunteering opportunities to go to schools for an activity to benefit Accenture within the region.
