My role is a PMO Associate within Account Management. I manage opportunities for Accenture which include dealing with Leadership within the company
I've developed my confidence skills as I have to have daily calls within my roles and I feel like I have become more professional
I very much enjoy my programme and the opportunities it presents to me. I love the team I work with and it has exceeded my expectations
I feel very valued by Accenture and feel a valued part of my team
My apprenticeship is very well structured, having one day out a week in order to get our education at uni
We receive good support from Newcastle College to achieve our degree
Accenture gives us lots of support throughout our apprenticeship with work problems and life problems
My salary covers my living costs and social costs with me still being able to save
Lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteering stuff to get us more well known within the company
