Infrastrucure (Network Engineer) Degree Apprentice. Working with a financial client on a risk remdediation project, which involves redeisgning and implementing their data centres.
Developed vital technical, communcation, leadership and teamwork skills at work, whilst also completing a BSc in Digital and Technology Soltuions.
I enjoy working for Accenture and my experience has gone above and beyond my expectations. The team I work with are both fun and supportive and I love coming to work every day.
With regular catch up meetings and recognition awards, I feel very valued for my work within my team and at Accenture in general.
The Induction and training at Accenture was very well organised and prepaped, every basis was covered, with Q&A's, technical training and further support. The team hierachy is very well structured and it is very clear what you position is. We have designated study days, so it is easy to manage work and studying.
Support is readily available if necessary and any issues can be discussed with ease. Everyone is happy to help. Our Tutor/ advisor however, could be more prompt with communcations...
Endless supports available from people at every level. Everyone willing to give advice and have a catchup/ chat at any point. With buddies, line managers, career councellors and more, there is always someone to go to.
With Apprentice Oyster cards, travel costs aren't excessive, however the salary doesn't quite cover London living wage.
Plenty of voulntering opportunities and charity work available. Also lots of company events and socials to attend. There is atleast one event every week.

100%. Accenture is an incredible place to work. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and there is plenty of opportunity to grow.
Be prepared for every potential question that could come up in interview... you can't be over prepared. In the assessment centre pay attention to insturctions and contributions from others. Remember skills like time management, structure and teamwork.
