  • On a day to day basis I carry out many roles. Over the years I have been a part of many different projects and I have learnt many different skills and programmes.

  • I have learnt many different skills over my time. I have had training internal with QA and external. Learning skills such as: Java, HTML, Oracle, Big Data, SQL.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme but it is not a fairy-tale. The balance of working and studying at times can be very hard.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Accenture?
  • I feel very valued and find that as an apprentice I am always taken care of in terms of training and respected like any other employee.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Over the years the structure of the programme has improved a lot and I find that it is very structured in terms of working, studying and have time off for holiday and study leave.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • We do not receive a lot, the studying is very independent but we are given a lot of resources from our training provider.

  • I always receive training from my employer in every project.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • For the hard work we do, it would be nice to get paid a little bit more. the first 2 years the pay wasn't the best, it has slightly got better this year.

  • Yes there are always opportunities to get involved in training or charity or social events outside of work.

  • Yes

  • It is a great place to start your technology career and there are many fields for you to work in and it is a very friendly environment.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Make sure you are willing to learn new things and able to work according to client needs.
