  • Equipment Engineer the develop jigs and fixtures to test and develop devices

  • CAD, Experiments, injection moulding, time management, 3D printing

  • I enjoy all aspects of my apprenticeship as i feel like im learning so much every day

  • within my department i feel valued and i feel like i have purpose

  • my week is structured really well as I do 1 day a week at college and 4 at work which i feel is a good balence

  • My super visor and line manager are very supportive but i feel that the college tutors could be more supportive

  • My super visor and line manager are very supportive and so is the company in general

  • They are more than enough for me to live and enjoy myself

  • Company activities are great outside of work and there is always room to develop and improve

  • Yes

  • be yourself because otherwise it will come back to bite you
