    • I have totally reskilled under this traineeship

    • Hugely it is a massive challenge for someone who spent 10 years in finance

    • Extremely, their training is world class

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • I have weekly and monthly updates on my progress, as well as dedicated days during working hours to complete my vcourse. I cannot emphasize how well structured it is

    • My training provider is in contact almost on a daily basis in order to help me achieve my goals and learn the skills to become an engineer.

    • Total support, up to and including rearranging training days to accommodate my home life.

    • My costs are totally covered by the company.

    • I have yet to find opportunities outside of work to use my skills. However, BT has made it very clear that if necessary they wouldsupport me 100%

    • always apply yourself 100% and you will receive 100% support
