  • phone repetitive responding to emails from renters, insurance companies and solicitors making sure that the correct information provided from the caller id saved to the file or passed on to file handlers

  • the skills that I have developed while being on the job are- -communication - spelling - getting to know your audience

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The role that I am in the moment it is stressful and has its downs and ups. However in my 8 months few time were I did not want to come in to work. I believe that if u enjoy what you do and love the role in you should not feel like coming in all the time.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Enterprise Mobility?
  • when I started I thought that I will not feel in with the team. But shortly I have made a few friends. I can say that DRU is like a big family if one of us has a bad day the others always try and help. there is always a person that you can talk to and get help. The management are always helpful and really approachable- being on a NVQ level 2 douse open doors with in Enterprise and outside- there are always places to move on to as long as you are willing to put the work in.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • task routers are always sent our to the full team if there is confusion with the tasks management are always available. my assessor at the end of each session wrights out the tasks and prints out the tasks.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • when I have started the role with in DRU my mentor was next to me for 2 weeks explain and helping me when needed. I can say that when it comes to training or help there are people around to ask.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I know that no mater what my manager is always there for me. even if its not work related and they do take actions if something is wrong.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • love it. for a apprentice that has failed her GCSSE'S and learning while working owns a car pays rent and insurance and has money left at the end of it. pay is really good

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • there are charity events that you can get stuck in. pay day drinks at the end of every month every month our level 2 pays for two-3 drinks. this this for the full department

  • 9. Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • good ways to move on from college- good way to learn and get paid at the same time you could improve and learn new skills that you never knew could do as well as making friends for life the second that you walk in the department you are apart of a family


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • make sure that you are prepared for everything make sure that you have a basic knowledge of what customer service us or the importance.
