  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is new to the company so there are a lot of learning curves for the managers and the apprentices themselves. We receive a lot of time for us to study our uni work and people are always on hand to help us. The program isn't the best organized, but we are trying to push for improvements that we need.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • We don't have any internal staff that are there to help us with our uni course as this is all external. The managers expect us to get on with the business work and don't offer more than that at times.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Our team leader is very helpful and is always fighting our case and helping us out. We used to have a mentor but that has phased out over coming months.

    5/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • In terms of salary it is okay for an apprentice, but lower in terms of the work we actually do. We don't receive much in regards to expenses and hotels for when we are away studying, or if we do we have to fight for this. The location is great for me and easy to get to.

    5/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There isn't much in regards to outside of the company, but in the company within working hours we sometimes have charities etc come int.
