  • I am a Change Consultant dealing with a number of internal process and continuous improvement projects for multiple areas of the business, especially the Operational Area.

  • It is moderately interesting, but I feel some of it is too low level.

  • We are very new to LBG, so this is difficult to say.

  • Fairly well structured with support and contacts. The timetable is clear.

  • I have direct contact with my provider and she is very responsive and provides valuable feedback.

  • I receive good support, but I am not sure that the long-term commitment is truly there.
