  • 9. Would you recommend Lloyds Banking Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • the salary they offer, the support they give and the ability for me to push myself and go up the grades is amazing.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Stay calm and don't lose your cool. Be yourself because the interviewers can smell a fake personality a mile off. The assessment day is good fun but it is very tough as expected. You can not prepare for the activities they provide. I would also say to research Lloyds Bank and what they stand for as much as you can. if I could only give one piece of information it would be that the first 6 months will be slow and probably not what you expect, but stick at it as it does get better!
