  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • in terms of feeling valued, I don't believe there is much recognition for those starting or early on in their careers, there isn't no awards or feedback in terms of how well you're doing and a lot of the time I feel that it can be fairly negative, with only a few providing constructive and helpful feedback.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Due to the transition of parent companies, the structure for not only the company as a whole as been under pressure but for those working within the business, where there is new changes every day and there is never really any certainty as to what is going on, for most of the time. I feel that there could be more structure and knowledge being circulated to those who need to know the information, sooner rather than later.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • North Harts college provide a great amount of support and really help with any problems or questions, a great style of teaching, assessing and review sessions, really provides me a positive outlook on what is to come in the next steps of my education. The structure to the lessons, reviews and work is great and is done in such a way that provide clarity and understanding to whoever is on the course.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The amount of support from my employer stretches as far as my knowledge being, there is somebody that I could talk to but im not sure how and when. Although the mentoring programme is great, my mentor is great and we have regular catch ups to discuss anything going on in my work or personal life, theirs and even just general business and conversation.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It doesn't really stretch, after travelling costs I am pretty much a quarter of the way into my pay cheque, then even living at home with my parents and giving them a small amount of money each month, whilst paying for car insurance and phone bill, means that over half of the pay cheque is eaten up, leaving not much room or opportunity to save or do anything with - in comparision to other companies.

    4/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • no, this is down to the fact that we have operating at a loss and we are currently working on turning this around and therefore there has been major cost cutting and so opportunities outside of the work place have been shrunk and only important events or opportunities outside are available to attend.

    2/10

  • 9. Would you recommend Stellantis to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • I don't feel that there is much opportunity and my friends aren't situated in this industry nor business, they are labor focused.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • be clear in what you want and when/if you get in, try to network with those around you to gain an understanding of what everyone does and to communicate and build relationships with others in the company.
