Salesforce developer and admin. Do various work using apex and visualforce varying by which client I work with. I also keep close client relationships often making the experiences easier and allowing to provide a better end product
Learnt how to program and communicate with clients, buildt up my confidence and can now talk confidently about approaches as well as show that I have an understanding to the client, putting their minds at ease.
I very much enjoy the work side but dislike the education side.
Very, they look out for me and my manager and colleagues all want me to be successful.
The education side is very poorly structured in my opinion just by the fact that it seems its still very new and they are trying new approaches each year which can leave a negative impact.
Training is provided by accenture and I have been on multiple training courses so they provide me with a lot of support to help me acquire certifications.
A lot, my manager is always looking to provide further training and support to improve myself.
It's much higher than the average apprentice wage so I cannot complain.
We are provided charity days to help support others outside of work. As well as this I have been on trips to Dublin and London to visit clients and do training so I would say that the answer to this would be yes.
Yes
The apprentice scheme is a very good deal and although education can be hard it is a part of what makes it a good deal because there are no fees
Be yourself, be confident and be determined as it all depends on how much you want to work at Accenture and gain new skills
