I enjoy going to work and uni
I do get a lot of recognition from my line manager and colleagues.
Anybody is able to get the help the need proving they ask for it. Everything is easily accessible online. The communication with tutors is good
They are all very open on willing to help and better their students. They provide HEST support via the college which is entitled to any student which requires it.
If i am struggling on a specific area of college, my employer can help me reach out to numerous people with in the workforce which may be able to help me in order to understand my work better
It is an amazing salary for any apprentice
There is plenty opportunities to get involved in outside of work - including charity work

It is a great option for somebody that is wanting to do a degree and still being able to learn on the job also
