  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • - Providing administrative support to the Technology team in the day to day operation of the Service Management processes. - Being responsible for ensuring Management Information is available to the business, including the development of new reports using data held within the Service Desk Management tools. - Assist with contract management, order processing and supporting managers with the Service Transition process. - Working alongside a range of high profile clients in government, police and private companies. - Actively working within agreed service level agreement targets. - Creating VBA scripts/forms within Microsoft Excel as part of a RPA initiative to make reporting on data quicker in Service Management. - Working with UIPath to implement RPA into Service management. - Cross training new starters.

  • Yes I have earned qualifications and learned day-to-day industry skills that help me in my job.

  • I enjoy working my hardest to gain recognition for bringing new ideas to the company

  • I feel very valued due to the amount of resources that Accenture have put into my training and development

  • It could be better in terms of education, however overall it is well organised

  • I feel my training providers are providing the best support they can to me however in my education I feel it could be better

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, which I was I feel valued.

  • It is a very good salary and I am looking forward to eventually working away from Newcastle as part of Accenture.
