- Providing administrative support to the Technology team in the day to day operation of the Service Management processes. - Being responsible for ensuring Management Information is available to the business, including the development of new reports using data held within the Service Desk Management tools. - Assist with contract management, order processing and supporting managers with the Service Transition process. - Working alongside a range of high profile clients in government, police and private companies. - Actively working within agreed service level agreement targets. - Creating VBA scripts/forms within Microsoft Excel as part of a RPA initiative to make reporting on data quicker in Service Management. - Working with UIPath to implement RPA into Service management. - Cross training new starters.
